With this gold-colored Hawthorne cocktail strainer from Bar Professional’s Speakeasy Premium Collection, you can pour every drink into the glass crystal clear. The strainer is made of 304 stainless steel with a gold plating, making it stand out behind the bar while remaining highly corrosion-resistant. The spring around the edge catches ice cubes, mint leaves, and fruit pulp, allowing only clear liquid to pass through. At 21 cm long, it provides enough grip to keep pressure on the spring with your index finger while pouring.
A grip that won’t slip
The ridges and raised shaking rim hold the strainer securely on the rim of your tin or mixing glass. This keeps it in place when you’re pouring multiple drinks in quick succession during a busy shift.
