How much does glass printing cost?
The price of printed glasses consists of two parts: the glass itself and the printing. For the printing, you can expect:
- 1 color – from € 1.24 per glass
- 2 colors – from € 1.56 per glass
- 3 colors – from € 1.86 per glass
Each additional color requires an extra screen-printing pass, which is why it costs more. On top of that, you pay for the glass you choose — from a simple hospitality beer glass to a crystal wine glass. From two boxes onward, the tiered discount increases.

Dishwasher-resistant screen printing with ceramic ink
We print glasses using screen printing — the standard printing technique for hospitality glassware. Ceramic ink is applied directly to the glass through a screen and then fired in an oven at approximately 600 °C. This makes the ink part of the glass: a print that does not peel off, does not fade, and easily withstands daily use in a professional commercial dishwasher.
Transfer printing — for logos with multiple colors, fine details, or more complex designs. The print is first applied to transfer paper one color at a time, then transferred to the glass by hand and fired. Suitable for almost all glass models and the most commonly used technique for colored hospitality prints.
Engraving glasses as an alternative — engraving removes part of the glass surface instead of printing on it. This creates a matte, colorless, and subtle effect that is practically indestructible. Printing is more eye-catching and the only option if your logo requires color; engraving works well for luxury glassware, whisky and cognac glasses, or corporate gifts.
What screen printing is not suitable for — with double-walled glasses and certain tea glasses, the print can only be fired at approximately 140 °C. This print is less scratch-resistant and is not suitable for commercial dishwashers. In that case, we recommend engraving or a different glass model. We would rather tell you in advance that something will not work than afterward.

Preferably as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG). Don’t have one? Send us whatever you have, and we’ll take a look.
3. Receive your quote and proof
You’ll receive a tailored quote within 1 business day. We’ll then create a digital proof: you’ll see exactly how your logo will appear on your glass, at the correct height and scale. We only start printing after your approval.
4. Delivery
Allow 2–4 weeks after approval of the proof. Larger quantities are shipped on pallets in extra-protective packaging.
Which glassware can we print?
Almost every glass in our range can be printed. Feel free to combine multiple types of glassware in one order: the minimum order quantity of 100 pieces applies to the total, not to each type. That way, you can update your entire glassware cabinet in one go.

Printing at the correct fill line
For wine glasses, a printed logo is not just branding—it also serves as a visual fill measure. We place your logo at the height of the fill line by default, so your staff pours exactly up to it. No overpouring, the same portion for every guest, and more glasses from every bottle.
With hospitality margins, that difference quickly pays for itself. A few extra milliliters per glass over an evening, a week, or a season can really add up. The same principle applies to beer glasses with a fill line.

Frequently asked questions about printing on glass
From a total of 100 pieces. You may combine different types of glassware to reach that quantity, for example, 60 beer glasses and 40 wine glasses. For larger quantities, we offer volume discounts; the more glasses you order, the lower the price per piece.
Printing starts at € 1.24 per glass for one color, € 1.56 for two colors, and € 1.86 for three colors. The price of the glass itself is added to this. Yes, for standard screen printing with ceramic ink at 600 °C. The print is fired into the glass, making it scratch-resistant and suitable for professional commercial dishwashers. Double-walled glasses and some tea glasses require a lower firing temperature, so the print is less durable—we provide advice on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, always. Once you approve the quote, we create a digital proof showing how your logo will appear on your glass—in the correct height, scale, and position. We only print after your approval.
With printing, we apply color to the glass (1, 2, 3, or more colors). With engraving, the surface of the glass is removed, creating a matte, colorless effect. Printing is more eye-catching and suitable for logos with color or complex shapes. Engraving is more subtle and highly durable, making it especially attractive for corporate gifts or luxury glassware.
Allow 2–4 weeks after approval of the proof. The exact delivery time depends on the quantity, the glass selected, and the technique. Do you have a deadline (for example, an opening, event, or start of the season)? Let us know when requesting your quote—we’ll always see what’s feasible.
Preferably as a vector file: AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG. Vectors scale sharply to fit any glass size. A high-resolution PNG or JPG will often work too, but for small details, we recommend a vector file. Do you only have a logo from Word or a social media version? Feel free to send it over—we’ll see what we can do with it.
Standard 1, 2, or 3 colors — each additional color means an extra screen-printing pass and an additional cost per glass (shown in our quote tool). Full-color photorealistic designs follow a different process; specifically request this in your quote.
Yes. If you provide your colors as PMS or Pantone codes, we will match the ceramic ink accordingly. Please note that color on glass looks slightly different than on paper or on a screen: glass is transparent, and the surface underneath affects the color. When in doubt, we recommend choosing a slightly richer color.
Yes. We keep your print file, so reordering is faster and there are no new setup costs for the printing. However, the minimum order quantity of 100 units still applies. Many businesses place annual reorders to replace broken items.
Negotiable. The glass must be suitable for screen printing (shape, material, and quality). Contact us with the type of glass and the quantities you require, and we’ll see what’s possible.
We primarily print for the Dutch hospitality industry: cafés, restaurants, bars, hotels, coffee bars, and catering companies. Breweries, coffee roasters, and beverage brands that want to place their glassware with hospitality partners are also welcome, as are businesses, event organizers, and resellers. We generally do not accept private orders (weddings, anniversaries); other providers are better suited to those.
