With the Bar Professional Garnish Tongs, you can pick up garnishes and ice cubes without touching them with your hands. The tongs are made of solid stainless steel and feel light and balanced in your hand, so you can continue working precisely even during a busy shift. The narrow, ridged tips grip a slice of citrus, a sprig of mint, or an olive just as easily as a solid ice cube. Because the steel does not rust or discolour, the tongs still look presentable after thousands of servings.

These tongs keep your hands away from the glass, which makes a particular difference with open garnish containers.
