This Bar Professional set consists of six white inserts, each with a capacity of 47 centiliters. They fit in a standard garnish station or condiment holder and keep your garnishes separated by type. Convenient as a standalone addition or as a replacement for containers that have worn out after years of use.
Six containers, six types
With 47 centiliters per container, you have enough space for half a shift’s worth of citrus slices, olives, cherries, or chopped herbs. You can remove them individually from the station, so you only refill what has run out while the rest can remain chilled. The white plastic makes it easy to see at a glance how much is left. If the containers fit your setup, they work together with the condiment holders as a complete garnish station.
Cleaning and replacing
The containers are dishwasher-safe, so they can go in the machine after every shift. Replace them each shift instead of topping up what is left: this keeps your garnishes fresh and prevents older slices from remaining at the bottom. Because you order them individually, you do not have to replace your entire station if one container breaks. For preparation, you can find boards and knives among the bar knives and cutting boards, and garnishing tools among the garnishing tools.

If the glasses nevertheless arrive damaged, please let us know. Our team will always provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the broken glass.
