With this glass cloche from Bar Professional, you can turn smoking a cocktail into a small spectacle. Fill the cloche with smoke from your smoker through the opening in the side, place it over the glass or a plate, and only open it in front of the guest. At that moment, the smoke is released and your guest smells the aroma before taking the first sip. The cloche is 24 cm high and has a diameter of 15 cm, providing ample volume to hold the smoke for a few minutes. The decorative knob on top provides a firm grip and makes lifting smooth, even with a wet hand. The accompanying wooden base catches condensation and provides a stable serving platform.
