The Lensgo GO is a black electric cocktail smoker that lets you smolder wood chips and direct the smoke straight into a glass or decanter. The device is compact and works without an open flame, so you can also smoke drinks at the table or on location. Designed for bars that feature smoking as a regular technique on their menu.
Smoking without a torch
With a classic smoker, you hold a torch over the chips and work with both hands at the same time. With an electric device, that step is eliminated: fill the chamber with chips, switch it on, and direct the smoke toward your glass. This saves time during a busy service and produces roughly the same amount of smoke each time. Choosing chips and maintenance
The wood you choose determines the character of the smoke. Oak gives a full flavor that works well with whisky, while apple and cherry wood are milder and fruitier, making them a better match for rum or mezcal. The individual flavors are grouped together in the smoking chips collection. Store the chips in a dry place and use them in small quantities; too much wood makes the smoke bitter. If the glasses nevertheless arrive damaged, please let us know. Our team will always provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the broken glass.
