The Bar Professional Speakeasy Bar Spoon Skull is 33 cm long and finished with a warm copper coating over stainless steel. The twisted shaft is the heart of this spoon: it rolls smoothly between your fingers, allowing you to stir in one fluid motion without breaking the ice. A detailed skull tops the spoon, making it instantly recognizable at your station. The 33 cm length was chosen deliberately—you can reach all the way to the bottom of a mixing glass or a tall highball glass.
Stirring and layering with control
When building a layered cocktail, let the drink flow down along the spiral so that each layer remains beautifully separate. For a Negroni or Martini, stir with the rounded side against the glass wall, cooling and diluting the drink without aerating it.
