The twisted handle is the heart of a Japanese bar spoon—it rolls smoothly between your fingers, keeping your wrist still so you can stir with a calm, controlled motion instead of levering. Exactly what a Negroni or Martini needs: properly diluted, ice-cold, and clear, without unnecessarily adding air or ice shards to the drink. The trident fork at the top is not decorative but functional: use it to fish an olive, cherry, or citrus slice out of the jar.
Extra length, extra reach
While the standard 30 and 40 cm models are intended for a regular mixing glass, this 50 cm version is made for large pitchers, tall highball glasses, and batch preparations. Your hand stays neatly outside the drink. The spiral along the handle serves another purpose: if you slowly pour a liqueur along it, the liquid spreads evenly across the surface, allowing you to effortlessly create visible layers in the glass.
