This rubber bar mat, measuring 60 by 20 cm, is an elongated model that you place in front of your tap or along your serving area. Its open structure allows moisture to drain away, keeping the top dry and preventing glasses from standing in a puddle.
A strip along the serving line
Behind the tap, moisture does not land in one spot but across the entire length where you place and fill glasses. A 60 cm strip covers this line without taking up your entire worktop, and the rubber dampens the sound of glasses. Find shorter and longer sizes in the bar mats collection.
Placement and cleaning
Place the mat on a clean, dry surface and smooth it out; air underneath can cause the edges to curl up, making glass bases catch. Lift it at the end of the shift and rinse it under the tap. The mat is part of the Bar Professional range and is made to professional catering standards. Tip: place your most frequently used bottles next to it in a speed rail to keep the entire serving area together.
