The Bar Professional Speakeasy Bar Spoon Skull is 33 cm long and finished with a warm copper coating over stainless steel. The twisted stem is the heart of this spoon: it rolls smoothly between your fingers, allowing you to stir in one fluid motion without breaking the ice. A detailed skull sits on top, making the spoon instantly recognizable at your station. The 33 cm length is intentional — it reaches right to the bottom of a mixing glass or a tall long-drink glass.
Stirring and layering with control
When you want to build a layered cocktail, let the drink run down along the spiral; this keeps each layer beautifully separate. For a Negroni or Martini, stir with the convex side against the glass wall, cooling and diluting the drink without aerating it. The copper finish is decorative, so wash this bar spoon by hand — not in the dishwasher. A quick rinse and wipe dry will keep its shine looking beautiful for years.
