We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.

If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

Jenaer Glas
Jenaer Glas draagt de naam van Jena in Duitsland, waar Otto Schott in 1884 het hittebestendige borosilicaatglas ontwikkelde dat sindsdien Jenaer Glas heet. In Jena werd ook het eerste huishoudglas gemaakt dat op het vuur mocht staan. Sinds 2006 hoort het merk bij Zwiesel Kristallglas, dat het materiaal en de productie verder bracht.
Borosilicaatglas kan tegen temperatuurwisselingen, dus er mag net zo goed ijswater als warme thee in, en dat verklaart waarom dit glaswerk vaak bij thee en koffie opduikt.
