This Opera set by RCR consists of a square 75 cl decanter with a glass stopper and two 30 cl tumblers. Just enough for a bottle of whisky, cognac or rum and two glasses to serve it in.
Classic cut glass
The Opera pattern, with its pointed ovals and diamonds, is reminiscent of antique cut crystal. The amber colour of whisky or cognac looks beautiful in the decanter, while the tumblers feel weighty and sturdy in the hand. The decanter holds a full bottle, so you can simply pour it in. RCR makes this glass in Italy from Luxion crystal glass.

We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

RCR Cristalleria Italiana
RCR Cristalleria Italiana maakt sinds 1967 glas in Colle di Val d'Elsa, het glasstadje tussen Florence en Siena in Toscane. Het huis staat bekend om Luxion, het loodvrije kristal dat het daar ontwikkelde. Dat glas is uitzonderlijk helder en breekt het licht zoals je van handgeslepen kristal verwacht, en het is tegelijk hard genoeg voor dagelijks gebruik.
In de praktijk is dit glaswerk bedoeld voor wie iets op tafel wil dat mooi is en toch tegen een volle week kan. De geslepen tumblers en karaffen komen tot hun recht bij whisky en gedistilleerd, de ruimere kelken bij wijn en gin tonic. Achter een bar werkt het net zo goed als in een gewone keukenkast.
