This champagne cooler from Bar Professional is cast from solid aluminum and finished with an antique, lightly weathered look. Measuring 38 centimeters long, 26 centimeters wide, and 26.5 centimeters high, it is a spacious bowl in which you can easily place two or three bottles of champagne or white wine upright in ice. Its weight of more than three kilos is intentional: the cooler stays where you put it, even when a full bottle is lifted out. The wide handles on both sides provide a secure grip when moving the bowl, ice and all, to the table or buffet.
Cast aluminum with an antique look
Cast aluminum has a livelier surface than polished steel: the texture of the casting is visible in the light, giving the bowl a collected, almost inherited character. This vintage look fits well in a classic restaurant, a rustic wedding venue, or a bar with warmer rather than sleekly modern decor.
