Uno Inalto means something like “raised high,” and that is exactly what this glass does: a slender bowl that rises higher than the average 38 cl glass. On a set table, it immediately adds a sense of line.
Height instead of width
Because the volume is concentrated in the height rather than the width, the opening remains relatively small and the glass keeps the aromas together more effectively. This works exceptionally well for fresh white wines. More models can be found among the white wine glasses. The narrow base also takes up little space on a fully set table.
The entry-level size in the series
Within the Uno Inalto series, this is the smallest bowl, with sizes up to 64 cl above it and a matching flute. Bormioli Rocco makes them in Italy to professional catering standards, so they are fully dishwasher-safe.
