Stëlz (also written as STËLZ, and often searched for as stelz or steltz) is a drinks brand from Amsterdam. It started with hard seltzer: sparkling water with a hint of fruit and a little alcohol. On its cans, the brand calls itself Europe's first hard seltzer. Hard lemonade and hard iced tea were added later.
All three contain 4.5% alcohol, about the same as a light beer. According to the maker, they contain no sugar, no carbohydrates and no gluten, and are all vegan. A 25 cl can contains 63 calories (seltzer and lemonade) or 69 calories (iced tea). The biggest difference is the carbonation: the hard seltzer is fizzy, while the hard lemonade and hard iced tea are still. Stëlz also makes a 0.0 alcohol-free version of many flavors.

Light and refreshing, with a hint of fruit
Bubbly & dry
Tastes like sparkling water with a hint of fruit. Not sweet, with plenty of fizz. You can barely taste the alcohol.
Fruity & smooth
More flavorful than the seltzer: a true lemonade, with strawberry, orange, or blackcurrant. No bubbles.
Tea with a twist
Green, black, or white tea with lemon, peach, mango, or lychee. Non-carbonated and smooth to drink.
Flavor profile of Stëlz hard seltzer at 4.5%. The hard lemonade and hard iced tea are fruitier and non-carbonated.
Three ways to drink Stëlz
Stëlz is made to be enjoyed this way. The only thing that really matters: keep it well chilled. A glass with ice makes it even more refreshing.
Over ice in a large glass
Fill a large glass or tumbler with ice cubes and pour the can over them. This keeps it cold for longer, and you can smell the fruit better than from the can.
With fresh fruit
Add a lime wedge to the Lime, some raspberries to the Raspberry, or a lemon slice to the Iced Tea Lemon. A sprig of mint goes well with almost every flavor.
For a group
A mixed pack is handy for a party: everyone can choose their own flavor. Put the cans in the fridge or an ice bucket well in advance.
