Pallini Limoncello Cream
The softer side of limoncello. Pallini Limoncello with cream, making it round and silky smooth while staying fresh. Less sharp than the original, with half the alcohol, and more of a dessert than a digestif.

Limoncello, but silky smooth
Pallini Limoncello Cream starts with regular Pallini Limoncello, infused with the peel of lemons from the Amalfi Coast. Cream is added, making the liqueur round, full and silky smooth while the lemon stays fresh. This turns limoncello into a cream liqueur. According to the maker, it contains no artificial fragrances or flavorings.
At 15%, its alcohol content is much lower than the original's 26%, and the sharpness of the peel is also toned down. That makes Cream a liqueur to enjoy with or as dessert, rather than a digestif to knock back in one go. Since it contains cream, store an opened bottle in the refrigerator.

Three ways to serve Limoncello Cream
Cream should be served cold, just like regular limoncello. But while the original is served after dinner, Cream really shines with dessert.
Ice-cold in a small glass
Keep the bottle in the fridge and pour 4 cl into a small, chilled liqueur glass. The cold makes it richer and less sweet.
Glass: liqueur glass →Over vanilla ice cream
Pour 3 cl over a scoop of vanilla ice cream or lemon sorbet in a coupe. An Italian dessert you can serve in a minute.
Glass: coupe →In a tropical cocktail
In a Piña Colada, replace some of the coconut cream with 3 cl of Limoncello Cream. The cream in the liqueur complements the coconut, while the lemon makes it fresher.
Piña Colada recipe →Creamy cocktails with Limoncello Cream
While regular limoncello gets lost in spritzes, the Cream is better suited to creamy, dessert-style recipes.

Piña Colada
Rum, pineapple, and coconut. A splash of Limoncello Cream adds a hint of lemon.
Sgroppino
Lemon sorbet and prosecco whipped into a froth. The Cream makes it even softer and creamier.
Snowball
Egg liqueur with lemonade and lime. A splash of Limoncello Cream makes it more lemony.
