With this food-grade printing pen, you can place logos, text and drawings directly on coffee foam, whipped cream, icing and fruit. The pen uses edible food colouring in separate cartridges, which you can replace without tools. It is designed for coffee bars, hotels and food-service businesses that want every serving to be recognisable.
What you can finish with it
Place the glass or cup under the pen, choose an image and the pen applies it to the surface in a single pass. On cappuccino foam, you get a brand logo that turns out the same every time, even when three people are working behind the machine. The pen also works on whipped cream, cake icing, macarons and dried fruit slices. This makes it suitable for use at the coffee station and behind the bar, where it complements the rest of your garnishing tools and gives your decorating work a consistent finish.
Cartridges, maintenance and use
The cartridges are available separately in black, brown, red and green, so you can match the colour to the surface and your branding. They click into the pen without having to open it, allowing you to change colours during a shift. Store the pen and cartridges in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and clean the printing side after each shift according to the enclosed instructions. If you mainly work at the coffee station, keep the pen with your barista accessories; behind the bar, combine it with dried garnishes as a printing surface.
