This Chef & Sommelier Open Up set of 18 pieces contains the three core models in the range: six 40 cl Universal glasses, six 55 cl Tannic glasses, and six 32 cl Pro Tasting glasses. Open Up takes its name from the faceted shape inside the bowl, which helps the wine breathe faster.
What’s in the set
The 40 cl Universal is the everyday glass, suitable for both white and red wine. The 55 cl Tannic is larger and designed for highly tannic wines, where the extra air makes a difference. The 32 cl Pro Tasting is the tasting glass used for blind tastings and also works well for dessert wine or port.
