From Schiedam to the whole world
De Kuyper launched Peachtree in 1984 in Schiedam. There was demand for a liqueur that really tasted like peach, and this was the answer. It immediately took off around the world, becoming one of the most successful liqueurs ever launched. Within a few years, the bottle was behind almost every bar in America and Europe. The name comes from Peachtree Street in Atlanta.
It tastes refreshingly sweet, with ripe peach notes, and has an alcohol content of 20%. That makes it easy to use generously in mixed drinks. Sex on the Beach and Woo Woo both feature Peachtree and became popular around the same time. Today, there’s also a canned Peachtree Spritz with 4.5% alcohol.

Bols Peach
The peach liqueur from Lucas Bols. Fresh and vibrant, with peaches ripened in the sun. A little lighter than Peachtree, and widely used by bartenders.
Pallini Peachello
An Italian liqueur made from ripe white peaches. Richer and smoother, and stronger at 26%. Drink it neat and cold, or in a spritz.
If you're making classic cocktails, choose Peachtree. If you want to drink it neat, go for Peachello.
What does Peachtree taste like?
Fresh peach
Rich, ripe peach with a hint of floral notes. You recognize it instantly, and it doesn't smell artificially sweet.
Sweet and juicy
Juicy and sweet. Peach with a little apricot. You barely notice the 20% alcohol, which is why it mixes so easily.
Short and refreshing
Short and refreshing, with fruit and a slight tartness. It holds its own well in a highball.
This is Peachtree's flavor profile. Bols Peach is a little lighter and fresher. Pallini Peachello is richer and stronger, at 26%.
Three ways to drink Peachtree
Peachtree is made for mixing. Add juice or sparkling water and you have a highball in thirty seconds. Make a classic in the shaker.
As a Sex on the Beach
Pour 40 ml vodka, 20 ml Peachtree, 60 ml cranberry juice, and 60 ml orange juice over plenty of ice in a highball glass. Stir it; no need to shake. Add an orange wedge and you're done.

40 ml Peachtree and 150 ml sparkling water over plenty of ice, with a lime wedge. Light and refreshing, with low alcohol. The brand calls it the Fizzy Peachtree.
