Bols Peach is a fruit liqueur with the flavor of sun-ripened peaches, made with natural ingredients. The liqueur is clear in color and, at 17% alcohol, much lighter than Bols Triple Sec. It is one of more than thirty liqueurs from Bols, the brand that has been making liqueurs in Amsterdam since 1575.
Peach liqueur is a classic cocktail liqueur. You rarely drink it neat, but it gives long drinks with cranberry and orange their summery peach flavor. Wherever a recipe calls for peach schnapps, you can use Bols Peach; in a Bellini, it replaces the peach purée when you want a quick option.
