The Skull tiki glass has a capacity of 70 cl and is shaped like a skull. This is the largest size in the series, intended for show cocktails and shared servings. Suitable for bars that feature tiki as a permanent part of their menu and for home bars.
Serving 70 cl
With a capacity of 70 cl, you can serve drinks that do not fit in a regular tiki mug: a Zombie, a Scorpion, or a shared punch for two people. Allow for approximately 20 to 25 cl of drink and fill the rest with crushed ice; if you add less, the glass will look empty. Build the drink in the glass using a long bar spoon and serve it with two straws if it is a shared drink. A generous garnish is part of the experience: this size can handle it.
Choosing and maintaining it
Seventy centiliters is not an everyday size, so plan on using a limited number per service and choose a smaller size from the tiki glasses collection for the rest of your menu. The glass is tall and relatively heavy; place it on a coaster so it does not slide across the bar when condensation forms on it. Rinse it immediately after use, as the deeper grooves in the skull shape can trap syrup. Leave the glasses to drain upright, not stacked.
